I only collect what you type into a form on this site: your name, email address, phone number, and — on the seller and valuation forms — the property address, bedroom and bathroom count, your timeframe, and any message you write. Nothing is purchased from third-party data brokers.

Standard technical information (page requested, referring page, approximate region, browser type) is logged by the hosting platform to keep the site running and secure.

To reply to your inquiry, prepare a home valuation or buyer consultation, and provide the real estate services you asked about. If you tick the marketing checkbox, I also use your email to send Utah market updates and home-buying or selling guides.

Your information is never sold, rented, or traded.

Only the service providers needed to operate this site and respond to you: the hosting and database platform that stores form submissions, the email delivery platform used for market updates, and Coldwell Banker Realty where a transaction requires it. Each acts on my instructions and is limited to that purpose. Information may also be disclosed where Utah or federal law requires it.

This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to keep the pages working and to measure basic, aggregated page and search activity so I can improve the guides.

If you arrived here from an ad on Facebook, Instagram, or Google, that platform may set its own cookie or measurement identifier to report that the visit and any form submission happened. That measurement is aggregated — those platforms do not receive the contents of your message. You can limit this in your browser settings or in the ad preference controls of the platform you came from.

Marketing email is opt-in only. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can remove yourself at any time on the email preferences page. Unsubscribing stops all campaign email; I may still reply directly to a conversation you started.

Inquiries are kept while we're in contact and for as long as Utah real estate record-keeping rules require. You can ask me at any time to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you — email TheHawsGroup@gmail.com or call (801) 915-4315 and I'll take care of it.

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an access-controlled database. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive financial details, Social Security numbers, or bank information through the forms here.

This site is intended for adults seeking real estate services and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
